Check PF Balance via Missed Call
If your mobile number is registered with UAN, then you can get the information by giving a missed call from your registered mobile number to 9966044425. After making a missed call on this number, you will get some messages from EPFO, in which you will see the balance of your PF accounts.
Check PF Balance via SMS
You can also know the balance of your EPF account and the latest contribution to your account by sending an SMS to 7738299899. For this, you have to type AN EPFOHO ENG from the registered number and send the message. ENG here represents English. If you want to know in another language, then write the first three letters of that language.
PF Balance on EPFO Portal
- Visit the EPFO website : epfindia.gov.in
- Click on the “Employees” section.
- Then click on “Member Passbook”.
- Log in using your UAN (Universal Account Number) and password.
- After logging in, you can view your PF passbook, which shows:
- Opening and closing balance , Employee and employer contributions , Transferred PF amount ( if any ) ,Interest credited to your PF account , Total EPF balance
Use Umang App
You can also check your PF balance from the Umang app. The government had released the Umang app to provide citizens access to various government services at one place. You can submit claims, view your EPF passbook and track your claims using the Umang app. For this, you have to enter your phone number in the app and do a one-time registration.
