This super app has been created by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems) and it is integrated with IRCTC. With the help of this one app, you can book tickets, see the live status of the train, order food, take platform tickets, inquire about the status of the train or about it. Not only this, you can also register your complaint. That is, you will not need to have UTS mobile app to get local train or platform tickets separately. Apart from this, you do not need to stand in line at the counter for platform tickets.

New Railway Rule 2025 : Reservation Chart to Be Prepared 8 Hours Before Train Departure
In the current system, the reservation chart is made four hours before the departure of the train, due to which there is uncertainty among the passengers. Especially those people who come to catch the train from far off areas face a lot of problems. Now the Railway Board has decided to prepare the chart eight hours before the departure of the train.
If a train is scheduled to depart before 2 pm, the chart will be prepared at 9 pm the previous day. The Railway Minister has also agreed to this proposal and has instructed to implement it in a phased manner so that there is no hindrance. The purpose behind this step is that passengers with waiting tickets will know the status of their tickets quickly.
